The Bryant is a condominium complex located at 16 West 40th Street in Midtown Manhattan. The 34-story mixed-use tower features a hotel and 57 sprawling luxury residences. Directly across from Bryant Park, it marks a significant architectural statement in one of the city’s most prestigious locations.

It is the first residential building in New York City designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect, David Chipperfield. The materials on display were selected to harmonize with the historic masonry of the New York Public Library, creating a site-responsive and contextually respectful aesthetic.

Kitchens feature custom-designed Calacatta Gold marble countertops and backsplashes, fabricated and installed by Yale Stone. The cream-hued marble is part of a broader scheme that extends inward from the exterior terrazzo, creating a cohesive aesthetic that radiates throughout each residence. Bathrooms incorporate terrazzo floors with radiant heat and honed terrazzo borders, complemented by Statuarietto marble wall slabs, countertops, and tub surroundings, similarly executed by our expert craftsmen.
