Morgan North, a 10-story redevelopment of the historic USPS Processing and Distribution Center in Manhattan, features modern office spaces with a focus on sustainability and employee well-being. The building includes New York City’s largest roof terrace, with shaded workspaces, cabanas, a pedestrian walking path, and a dedicated fitness and wellness zone.
Yale Stone contributed to stonework renovations in the building’s lobby, including the framing of the elevator doors, restrooms, and other facilities.
