1010 Park Avenue, located in Manhattan’s historic Park Avenue district, is a boutique condominium complex on the Upper East Side. Designed by award-winning architects Beyer Blinder Belle, the structure boasts full-floor and duplex residences, as well as three levels of private amenities.
Interiors projected by the award-winning David Collins Studio were brought to life by Yale Stone’s expert craftsmen. Elegantly-adorned kitchens feature premium Grecian marble and Perla Venata countertops, while bathrooms feature marble slab walls, Statuary countertops, and custom-made vanities with inset glass. The lobby, meanwhile, features an intricate interlocking pattern of black, grey, and white natural stone, as well as an in-set natural stone fireplace.
