Greenpoint Landing, located in one of New York City’s most vibrant up-and-coming neighborhoods, provides numerous residential units, acres of greenspace, retail locations, and a new public school, to the Brooklyn’s East River waterfront. Spread across a half-mile stretch, the development marked a massive undertaking and revitalization of this previously-industrial waterfront property.
Yale Stone’s handiwork can be seen on display throughout the 5,500 residential units contained within the development: from the tiled backsplashes, to the quartz countertops and islands, and the sleek bathroom tile work, which underline the development’s luxuriously modern aesthetic. The project has been recognized for its design excellence, including certification under the Waterfront Edge Design Guidelines (WEDG) program for its resilience in design and ease of public access.
