60 White Street

60 White Street, a historic 1869 cast-iron building in Tribeca acquired in 2010 by the Sorgente Group of America, was redeveloped into an eight-unite boutique condominium under the leadership of Veronica Mainetti. Emphasizing sustainability, the project reclaimed approximately 80% of original materials during restoration. Locally-sourced finishes were prioritized, including high-density Imperial Danby Marble from Vermont, which features prominently in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.

Fabricated and installed by Yale Stone’s craftsmen, the stonework features prominently in nearly every corner of this historic structure: from the “green wall” lobby, to the resident’s lounge, and the kitchen countertops and backsplashes, to the marble in-set bathtubs and vanities. The result is a harmonious blend of historic preservation, modern luxury, and innovation.
